On Concepts, Process and Rules in the 90 Years of Marxism Sinification
 Abstract：In order to study Sinification of Marxism, it is needed to define three concepts like Marxism, China and localization, because these definitions manifest that Sinification of Marxism runs through the whole history of the Chinese Communist Party. The process of Marxism Sinification may be roughly classified as pre-Sinification stage, initial stage, mid-term stage, later stage, and post-Sinification stage. To make Marxism localized in China re- quires three basic elements, namely, original Marxist theories, Chinese culture and the subjects to make it local- ized. the interaction of which embodies rules of Marxism Sinification.
