Deepening the Cadre and Personnel System Reform and Enhancing Public  Confidence of Cadres＇ Selection and Appointment

 Abstract：It is an obvious problem in the present work of the cadre and personnel system to improve public confidence of cadres＇selection and appointment. Since reform and opening- up, the Party has made great progress in raising public confidence of cadres＇selection and appointment by pressing ahead with the reform of cadre and per- sonnel system, which has been an important orientation of the future reform. However, lower public confidence in reality still plagues the work of cadres selection and appointment. Therefore, it is necessary to heighten public con- fidence of cadres＇selection and appointment by deepening the personnel system reform in such ways as scientifically defining the principle of the Party supervising cadres, improving cadres＇management system, reforming specific cadres＇management regulations, and optimizing cadres＇management methods.
